As an Instagram addict, not a day goes by where I am not checking in on one of these Instagram accounts. Whether that is for my food fix, fitness motivation or daily inspiration, each one adds a little pizzazz to my life. As Instagram is overly saturated with foodies, I wanted to share with you my top 5 must-follow accounts for the ultimate Vegan inspo!

Deliciously Ella

With over 1 million followers, Deliciously Ella is the queen of everything plant-based. Having followed her for a number of years, it has been incredibly motivating to see her grow from one success to the next. What started as a blog in reaction to her diagnosed illness, she has since published multiple books, launched a snack range, opened 3 delis and still remains as humble as ever. Her Instagram is full of mouth-watering recipes, motivational quotes and little snippets of her life that make every reader warm to her even more. All of the social media accounts are run by Ella herself and she connects with the plant-based community on a daily basis. Her recipes have changed the way everyday people view vegetables and it has sparked a movement that sheds a positive light on Vegans and Veggies.

If you are looking for Vegan fitness inspo, look no further than Naturally Stefanie. Miss Stefanie Moir is the definition of a girl boss; a successful Youtuber, Blogger and creator of the Vegan Aesthetics community that consists of a 12 week workout and meal plan program for those following a vegan diet. Her Instagram hosts protein packed recipes, an abundance of selfies to show off her incredible physique and snaps of delicious vegan food. Her Youtube channel combines fitness with hilarious vlogs and recipe videos that keep you coming back for more. Not only that, she seems like such a mega babe, down-to-earth, funny and kind. She will give you a kick in the backside to hit the gym in the morning!

Minimal Vegan Eats

When searching for quick and easy Vegan recipes, I tend to go to Minimal Vegan Eats to source my ideas. Promoting recipes that behold 8 ingredients or less, MVE promote a plant-based lifestyle that is in line with minimalist living. They rely on the plant-based community and it’s contributors, sourcing recipes from other foodies to share exclusively on MVE. Earlier this year they shared my 5 Minute Tofu Scramble recipe which I must say is rather delicious! They also share home decor ideas as well as mind & body posts that are there to inspire and encourage self-development.

Plant Based Judy

This fellow Brighton dweller is quite a culinary genius. At just 20 years old she has rather a large following with a successful Youtube channel and E-book that guides you through plant-based living on a budget. Her photos are bursting with colour, recipes delicious and always shares an insight or two into her personal life. Another lighthearted and humble Insta that needs a follow!

The Adventures Of Jade

If there is anybody who can encourage you to express gratitude, it’s Jade. This kind soul brings such light and life to the social platform and does so through beautiful words and stunning photographs. Through her Youtube channel and her E-books she shares tips and recipes on living a healthy vegan lifestyle whilst promoting mindfulness and finding happiness within. Her e-book ‘The Peaceful Plate’ is home to an abundance of recipes based around Veganizing the festive season and inspiring others to have a meat-free Christmas. Recently her and her husband have returned from travelling  in their van as well as exploring India. Following Jade will not only encourage you to eat more healthily but spark a desire to travel and live more intuitively.
